Attention should be paid to enclosing a Maintenance Registration Form when mailing the repaired products to illustrate the failure phenomena so as to facilitate maintenance and failure analysis, and to indicate the project information and return address, contact person and telephone for easy return after repair.
                    3. When mailing repaired products, we should try to choose larger and more formal express companies to avoid missing or losing.
                    4. in the process of sending back, if you want to inquire about the transport situation, you can check it on the official website of the courier company. The engineering service department has asked the courier to sign the confirmation in the courier order. If no signature is found in the inquiry courier but the signature is displayed (including photo signature), the courier is not actually sent to the Engineering Services Department.
                    5. during the maintenance process, we need to inquire about the specific maintenance. We can call the product maintenance section of the engineering service department.
                    6. If serious damage is found in the process of product maintenance, which can not be repaired, or no problems are found in the normal test, the product maintenance personnel will contact the sender for confirmation at the first time. Please fill in the clear contact telephone and keep the phone open.
                    7. If there is a charge for the repaired product, the corresponding salesperson or customer service center personnel of the project will notify the project manager at the first time for docking. After the payment is clear, the goods will be shipped again.
                    8. At this stage, all the repaired products are sent by Shunfeng Express. If there is special demand for express delivery on site, please contact the product maintenance team of engineering service department in advance for modification.
                    9. After the product is sent to the site, please check the packing box for damage in time. If there is any damage, please confirm with the express company in time. If the repaired products are damaged after unpacking, please contact the engineering service department for product maintenance in time.
